spoolss.exe Application Error

Can anyone point me in the right direction with the followoing error:

The instruction at “0x00000073” referenced memory at “0x00000073”. The memry could not be “read”.

I have tried removing all of the printers and adding them and reinstallingthe NTsp6a.

The printers in this profile are HP950c, HP8100dn, HP4. Each of these printers are connected to the network with Axis units.

The last 2 times the error occured she was not tring to print.
