Spoolsv causes rundll32.exe error

In Win 2000 after rebooting user’s PC Spoolsv processe’s CPU parameter changes all the time,and when I click on printers folder it causes rundll32.exe error or reset to explorer.exe

If I restart Print Spooler service everything is fine,but after restart the situation returns.
