SPOOLSV.EXE Generates Application Error

After recently installing a clean install of Win2k -Pro I continually get an application error message stating that spoolsv.exe (the Fax/Print Spooler Service) will be stoped. I am also unable to open the printers folder to try and add my printer. I am under a crunch to deploy Win2K system wide and this isn’t helping. Any Ideas would be great!
