SQL 2000 / Server 2000 multiple cpu!

Hi there,

Does anyone know if the MS pricing of licensing goes up if you use dual or quad processing? Someone told me that for each extra processor that the price will be multiplied by the
amount of processors. so
Dual processor = 2 xinital cost = ????????
