SQL Database

I have a SQL database in the form of a set of MDF and LDF files. They were created in a previous installation of SQL 2000 Eval. edition, which became corrupt and had to be uninstalled. I need the data for use in a fresh installation of SQL 7.0, but I don’t know how to import the data. Does anyone know how I can get SQL 7 to recognize the MDF as a data source?
