SQL login funkyness

Hi,

Has anyone ever seen this:

User getting an RTE saying that their “domain/username” authentication failed.

This is strange because the server is set to only use SQL user authentication, not both SQL and NT domain authentication.

Note * This only happens to a few users and is intermittent in nature.
