SQL Server Full-Text Search

I’m facing a problem in defining full-text indexing on a table. I tried both by wizard and stored procedure.I’ve logedin as Administrator.
Even then it is giving the error message “7635 – The Microsoft search service Cannot be Administered Under the Present Account”.
What could be the reason and solution?
Please help.
