SQL2000

I have several web servers and 2 SQL 2000 servers. I want the web servers to be able to use either SQL server. I have a router that can do the load balancing, I need something like a cluster both sql servers are continuosly updated and need to stay insinc. if 1 goes down the other must be able to take over
