SSH Server and Client Needed

I need to secure my VNC connections accross the Internet. I have NT4 servers and mainly Win98 clients.

Which SSH Server and Client is the best for windows for very simple purposes.

The following is what I’m looking for:

+The Cheapest solution
+The easiest solution
+The most simplified solution

I don’t care how feature rich it is, I need nothing fancy.

If it works on my windows platforms (WIN98 clients and NT4 servers) and secures my VNC connections, that’s all its going to be used for — nothing else.
