SSH Server to Support SCP V 1.2 on Win2K

I am in need of supporting SCP (Secure Copy Protocol) on Windows 2000. I know some of SSH servers which supports SCP Client Version 2.0. Some one was telling me that there is no SSH Software on Windos NT to support SCP Client Version 1.0/1.x Help isappriciated. How feasible is this to configure SSH on Win2k to support SCP.
