ssl

Hi i’m running a windows 2000 advanced server with about 300 sites on it. All the sudden ssl stop working. I ran netstat and it shows that it is not running port 443. In iis it shows that the certificate is installed but doesn’t work. I tried removing the certificate and reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work. I rebooted and it didn’t help. I am not sure how to fix this. I do not want to reinstall iis.
