Standard TCP/IP Port in Windows 98

by techiehelp . Updated 25 years, 2 months ago

I am trying to connect users with Win98 workstations to a printer with its own LAN adapter and TCP/IP settings. With Win2K clients, you could configure the workstation using the Standard TCP/IP port; however, you don’t have that option with Win98 clients. So, does anybody know how to create a new TCP/IP port in Windows 98? Please let me know. Thanks.
