Start Net Logon

I have an Windows 2000 Enterprise Server.

Every account can logon no problem except my account I will call mychild. When I try to logon using mychild I get an message that said netlogon not started. Start netlogon and retry. However, netlogon “IS” started. I also, stop and restart it many times, yet I still get this message.

What do I need to do to get through this message?
