Start Up Error

I have an error box that states something about a module that cannot load. It is the bridge.dll in the C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll

I have ran AdWare and after restarting the box still appears. I have no idea of how to get rid of this nuisance. Help?????
