start up errors

Everytime I startup, I see the starting windows but then it says that i am missing vnetsup.vxd and dfs.vxd. i don’t know what these files are but it says that it’s connected to the sys.ini file. can you help me. The windows startup will still start normally. but i’m afraid that eventually it will do something to my computer. thanks.
