Starting Terminal Services Client Automa

How do I start Terminal Services Client automatically when the computer starts up and then again every time someone logs off. Basically I don’t want anyone to use the underlying computer. I only want them to see the logon from the Terminal Services Client and use only the Windows 2000 Terminal Server. Any help is greatly appreciated.
