Starting Windows 95

I currently have a IDE hard disk running Win 95, I installed a SCSI hard disk, (no conflicts) the systems was booting up properly. When I did the FDISK from the Windows 95 DOS Prompt it did not recognized it. SO I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BOOTING MY SYSTEM WITH A WIN98 Diskette, now when I tried to boot my system, I get the following messages and the system hangs:
Starting Windows 95.
Type the name of the command Interpreter (e.g.; c:\windows\command.com)
C>

I’m unable to access my hard drive (which I have a lot of important information).
FYI- I tried to reload Windows 95 on top of what I currently have, but it gives me a msg that there is not enough space to run setup.
Is there a way that I can get my system to boot normally. Thank you.
