Starting with designs/graphics

Hello,
I am new to this world and would very much appreciate it if any one could tell me if I am in the right place?
My goal is to start a Internet business (I have many Ideas) that have not been done often or ever. I know NOTHING on how to start, not even where to go for graphic designs or where to go for how to put my Ideas on this computer?
Please help if you have 5 minutes to spare.
