Start\Program view – horizontal

A short time ago there was an article about changing the view in Start\Programs from verticle (having to scroll up and down) to horizontal (panels side by side). It was done in “regedit”. I made the registry change and it changed my view, as promised. Since I made the change, I’ve lost the article and desperately need to change the view back to vertical. Checked the archives and can’t find the article. Can anyone direct me to, or send me a copy of that article? Thanx
