Startup Failures in WinNT4W S/P6a

I have a WinNT4W PC in a P2P network with 2 Win95 PCs which reports one or more services failing at startup. The Event Viewer info is, as usual, completely uninformative, as is the Knowledge Base. The messages are, in order:
>WINS Client (TCP/IP)service failed to start – the system cannot find the file specified.
>The SNMP Service is ignoring extension agent.dll. C:\WINNT\System32\inetmib1.dll because it is missing or misconfigured.
>The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service terminated: The specified module could not be found.

Has anyone any idea what specified module is missing???!! And where do I configure inetmib.dll?
