Startup Programs

Running XP. When booting, there is a pause will something loads. Made sure all items loading in taskmanager was disabled and not starting. Checked startup in Programs turned off Office Bar. Want to know how I can monitor what exactly is loading when restarting or logging on. Checked Event Viewer, no red flags.
