Starware toolbar

One of my end users has an extra toolbar incorparated into IE5.5 called “starware toolbar”. However, no icons appear on it. I’m assuming that its just another browser enchancement utility which I can easily uninstall. However, nothing alluding to “starware” or anything else unusual appears in the add/remove programs list. I’ve scoured the hard drive for anything relating to “starware” and have found nothing. I’ve also cleaned out all cookies and temp internet files to no avail.
I’ve tried going to starware.com, but, ironically enough, the site seems to be down (at least for the past 2 days).
Has anyone run into this that may have some suggestions on how to remove it aside from reinstalling IE?
