Stay or leave?

I has been a security analyst in a consulting company for two years. I am responsible for all vulnerabilities assessment and reporting. But I got the insulting paycheck since this is my first job. I like what I am doing but is pissed about the finacial rewards. I have talked to my boss, he said I was still a junior. But the problem is what I did is definely not a junior’s work. I posted my resume in monster. Currently, I got several calls from agents. Since I have serveral projects ongoing in these two months, (they are huge and important) how could I deal with agents to keep them interested before I finsh the projects? Any tips to deal with agents?
