Step-by-step guide to set up a VPN

I have an office with 10 users, im using an Intellinet Router – Modem to connect to the Internet thru DSL line. Now i want to set up my network so that at least 4 authorized remote users can access my Windows 2003 Server from my office. Hope you can help.
