step by step web deployment

I just moved to a new server with win2kserver
installed onit. i have designed a web page and saved it in c:\inetpub\mywebpage
need help in setting this up so that i can see it from the wwweb.

I am on the net (t1 and have configured tcip and etc.
i can vpn into it.)
i hust need the step by step on configuring the web server part
