Stop Error

I have situation with a Stop error running Windows 2000 Professional. During boot up, I get a BSOD with the following error message.
“STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFCC85030, 0xC000009C, 0x0000000, 0x0000000)INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE”
What does it mean and how can I fix? Microsoft Site unhelpful. Thanks!
