I’m receiving this stop error during text-mode portion of Win2k installation: STOP: 0x0000006B (0xC0000034, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED. From what I gather, this apparently points to a hardware problem of some sort. I’m using a P4 1.3G, Intel D850GB system board, 128MB RAM, IBM DTLA-307030 HDD, latest Intel BIOS. I’ve stripped the system down to just system board and hdd, tried different BIOS settings (what few there are), clean install, upgrade install. The stop screen appears after text mode displays “starting windows 2000”, delay of a few seconds, hdd led lights, then stop screen. I’m at my wits end and can’t afford to pull out any more hair. Any help is appreciated.
