Stop error in ntoskrnl.exe on startup

Hi,

I have a p4 with cdrw & plexor software running Win 2k sp 2.

Everything was working fine until i tried installing a mp3 ripper called musicmatch. Since then, i get a blue screen with a stop error in ntoskrnl.exe.

Here’s what i have tried so far — all with no luck:

Starting in safe mode
Starting with last known good config
Using command console — cannot find relevant service to disable
copying ntoskrnl from Win cd.

please help
