Stop Error on Windows NT, Insprion 7500

I have received the following error on a Windows NT, Inspiron 7500.

When the user logs on the computer goes to a blue screen with the above error. If someone else logs on, logs off the user can than log on and he does not get the error.

Any suggestions?
