“Stop Sign” in IIS 5.0

I have a sever running IIS 5.0 on a Win2K server w/ SP2 applied. In the IS Manager, there is a stop sign w/ an error in it for one of the virtual directories. Also, this directory is no longer accessible. Can anyone shed any light on this issue. I’ve tried stopping and restarting the service but the problem still exists
