Storage + library + data transfer

Currently I am looking for a soluation in software storage, data transfering and software library.

I am have been trying to find a solution in moving all software ware CDs onto a server or (W.O.R.M) server that will allow users to access the old software whenever needed. Access is needed through remote capabilities for users not connected to my LAN. How would I go abotu achieving this? Also what is the best form of data transfering out there that will allow me to remotely transfer data from one server to another. I have been looking at Citrix but still don’t know if this is the best approach.
