Store.exe = 100% CPU processor

Problem=Store.exe = 100% CPU Utilization
Hardware = Compaq Proliant ML 370
640 RAM – 500mhz – C & D part 4G & 30G
NT4.0 SP4
Exchange 5.5 SP2

Steps to correct problem
1. Reboot several times
2. Install Post SP2 store for Exchange
3. install SP3 for Exchange
4. Install SP4 and Post-SP4-Store
5. Checked tech net for articles
a. Q243581 – Registry setting changed
b. Q172813 – Post SP4 Store (again)
c. Q272570 – Ran all utilities on the pub.edb and priv.edb. Cleaned out several problems and database is not showing any errors or inconsistancies
d. Ran a thorough virus check – cleaned out several e-mail messages with virus
e. Had all users clean out and delete unneeded messages, and transfer others to personal folders
f. Checked other technet articles and they did not apply or were done in the previous steps.
g. Have 2 or 3 threads eating up the process but cannot pin down which ones.

Besides a Re-Install, what else can be done? I really donot want to re-install if there are other options.
