Streaming Video failure

I have a customer with a new dell that I recently setup for him. He’s having an error where everytime he tries to watch a streaming video online, internet explore has an error and shuts down. I had Dell come out and they concluded it wasn’t a hardware problem, and that I had set it up incorrectly, which is idiotic. A monkey can set up a dell, its all just plug n play. Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated so that I can rub it in Dell’s face!
