Stuck on login screen in safe mode

I was beginning to get rid of really bad spyware on my sister’s laptop (IBM Thinkpad T42 R9U), so I went into safemode. Usually, she uses her fingerprint (her laptop uses a fingerscan) in order to login. However, when I went into safemode, it required that she enter a password and she doesn’t know it. Now I’m stuck in Safe mode. I tried all the f8 options and none are working.. even the “start windows normally” doesn’t work. I tried the ctrl-alt-delete twice thing and even that doesn’t work. Help!
