Here is the Problem, We have users that when they click on the START Button it stays depressed and nothing appears. I have read every “Q” article on this issue and none pretain to my problem, The registry values are still at the default and there isno redirection of the START Menu. We have several nested OU’s and the puzzling thing is that Not all the users in a OU experience the problem, I have dumped their profile and the problem still exists. The only answer I have found it to dump their profile and their user account. Recreate them and move them to a new OU. Is there a possiblity that these OU’s that the users in are corupt? but if that is the case then why are only selected users affected? E-mail me if you need more info on this issue.. sgood@soon.com
