ok after doing a memtest and upgrading to 256 meg of ram my pc is only reading 64 meg.in my bios setting the non-os2 option is still at the same setting. my results of my memtest discovered a memory error and suggested that i replace my memory,(which is the 256 meg upgrade already in place).i have tried to test the memory i have now and with each test i do my pc boots normally.i tried with 32,64,128,256 meg memory mods and all boot my system normally.my problem is that now im getting only 64 meg of memory that is readable when i have 256 in the machine.with the proper setting in bios,(non-os2).im thinking that there is something more to this then just a memory problem.if anyone has had a similar problem and has fixed it please reply to this posting.(my pc is an amd pc2100 1.4 gig machine with w2k os)
