Sub menu items

I have an application that gives me a problem while running on a WIN2K workstation. The problem is that when selecting any menu item that has a sub menu, you can not select any item on the sub menu. The item is not grayed out; you just can not select it. When you move the pointer over the sub menu the options don’t even highlight like they normally do. This happens on any menu, but only when the menu item opens a sub menu. I have this problem in only one application. The application runs fine on WinNT 4.0. The application is OmniStation written by SunGuard. Has any one run into this problem? I think the problem is with the Application, but it could be with Win2K. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
