Subnet browsing

I have 1 PDC with 6 differnet subnets on the other side of this router. Why can’t I browse to these subnets. I don’t want to enable BOOTP on the routers.

I have setup 1 Master Browser on each NT workstation 4.0 sp6 for each subnet, as well I am utilizing WINS. I have tried adding in hosts and lmhosts files as well to no avail.

Is this not possible?
