sun nas 5320

does anyone have any experience with a SUN NAS 5320 cluster? The one that we have is always slow retrieving files, and the cpu usage is always very high during peak hours (like 98%+).

I am thing that it is a resource deficiency problem but I can’t find out what the maximum amount of DIMM that it takes or if the cpu is upgradeable. Could someone help please.
