Suspend to disk

Hi, I have this laptop Dell Inspiron 3500 with the following error msg during startup “the amount of memory has changed or suspend to disk………………” .It also bring some beeps but the good thing is that the pc still works. Could you please tell me where can i get some kind of software to remove this error msg. Or can anyone tell me where can I get phdisk.exe which can run in windows.cause the laptop does’t have floppy drive.
