Switch screens in ME?

Years ago, I remember working on a computer and being able to hit Ctrl+N, I think it was, to switch between screens. It’s the type of thing that’d be useful if you wanted to hide what you were doing from your boss, for example. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to do that with ME, if it’s even possible?
