Switching between 2 Networks

I have a laptop that I take to work and home. At home I have a static ip address, at work I get DHCP. Everytime i move my computer I have to manually edit the tcp/ip properties. Anyway to automate this? Or a switch? Any help is apprisiated. Thanks in advance.
