Switching IRQs

Hi there.

I am using Windows 98 and I have an IRQ conflict between my USB port and my digital camera, which is on my serial port. The USB is on IRQ 11. My question is how do I switch IRQs? And should I switch my USB or my digital camera IRQ? Also, which IRQ should i switch to thats safe and won’t conflict with something else? THANKS.
