Sybase SQL Debugging Tool

There are many debugging toolsets that support Oracle SQL development, but none that deal with Sybase Transact-SQL. Such a tool need to set breakpoints, set variables and step through Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Views.
Does anyone out there know of a debugger that supports Sybase SQL?
