Sync 2 Palms: one-desktop, one-Outlook?

My supervisor syncs his Palm 505 to his Desktop; I sync his Palm to my Desktop. I want to also sync MY Palm Vx with MY Outlook. Our company uses Win2000, Outlook/Exchange. How can we set this up w/o corrupting his data? I’ll print your answers for our IT guys, since I don’t have Admin rights.
