Sync Active Directory w/ a laptop?

At my company we have a windows 2000 domain with approx 250 user accounts. We have 4 laptops that people can take out of the office for giving presentations. The problem is that people leave the office without logging in to the domain w/ the laptop and therefore when they get to their destination their username and password are not recognized. Is there a way (short of manually logging on as each user) to get our AD user accounts synced on the laptops?
