Sync Palm Tungsten T3 with Ipac h2210

I question if I may –

I have just got a great deal on a new Ipaq Pocket PC h2210. My Girlfriend Use’s a Tungsten Palm T3. As I am waiting delivery on my Ipaq – I was wondering if they will Sync with each other directly without having to use a third party application such as MS outlook. We will be looking to Sync, address books, scheduled, appointments etc.

Also – are there third party applications/downloads that will enable us to Sync outside of MS Outlook? In particular Novell GroupWise 6.5 and Notes Domino.
