Sync Palm with two machines

Hi,

I sync my palm with my PC at work and my PC at home.

Everytime I sync my Plam has to be reset afterwards.
I sync the normal Palm desktop, notes via XTNDconnect, excel and word via documents to go and a currency converter with the internetfor fresh daily exchange rates.

Does anybody have a clue how to get around this?
