Synchronizing times

Have a single master domain infrastructure, with 30 servers and 300 workstations all NT 4 SP6. We need to synchronize all the machine clocks with our PDC’s clock for Eastern Standard Time. We are not using logon scripts and prefer not to. What is the best way to synch all the machines clocks with the PDC?
