Syncing with our exchange server

Does anyone know is there a way that our users can sync their palm pilots with our exchange server? We run all our applications on citrix boxs and that is how our users get at their outlook. We would like them to be able to sync their contacts, calender etc with our exchange server from their desktop PC’s? Is this possible?
